Warranty & Return Policy

All Computer systems come with a standard three (3) year warranty on the System Motherboard, Processor, RAM, & Hard Drive. A three (3) year warranty on the System Power Supply only if upgraded Power Supply is purchased.  All Retail Boxed items, Motherboards, Processors, Printers, Monitors, etc., are ALL direct manufacturer warranty only. Warrant VOID if computer sticker, UPC barcode, Serial Number or any items are removed.  Warranty VOID if item received is physically damaged (such as burned, cracked or dented).  FULL STORE CREDIT if returned within 7 days, NO REFUNDS after 7 days.  A 25% restocking fee applies to open box items with no problems, and items returned after 7 days of purchase.  NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.  All returns must have original receipt present.  ALL SALES FINAL.  NO CASH REFUNDS.

Computer Wizards will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
